Fake King of Malacca and his Fake Letter
Humm, does it seem legit to you? Not to me.
1) ALLCAPS. You might think that ICJ is well versed in English to write letters in a correct formal letter format, complete with proper capitalization but here, ALL CAPITALS. CAPSLOCK IS THE CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL AND IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE YOU'RE SHOUTING ON THE INTERNET. NO, NOT AT ALL
2) I checked in the ICJ's official website of cases solved / pending cases here:

The case referred in the letter was nowhere to be found. The letter indicated that his recognition was in 2013, but in 2013, the cases referred to the ICJ were:
> Proceedings instituted by Timor-Leste against Australia
> Proceedings instituted by Nicaragua against Colombia on 26 November 2013
>Question of the Delimitation of the Continental Shelf between Nicaragua and Colombia beyond 200 nautical miles from the Nicaraguan Coast (Nicaragua v. Colombia)
>Obligation to Negotiate Access to the Pacific Ocean (Bolivia v. Chile)
3) And I checked the names of the people signing the letter.
"ICJ interbank services paramilitary forces" - Wait, the ICJ has a paramilitary force? HOW?
"nato otan paramilitary commander in chief" - NATO, OTAN? lol it's like they're not even trying in trolling attempts
"sovereign military judge Li Qi" - military judge? No, this is not a court martial case. And the name Li Qi does not exist
"solomon ah'yar mansur syah al sulaiman tawabi" - WHO?
"swiss international group limited" - A fraud company, registered in Hong Kong in 2007, de-registered in 2009. info here http://www.isog.org/fraud-warnings-and-alerts/warnings-and-alerts-s Company is probably involved in swisscash or stock securities fraud or whatever...how'd they got involved in this? lol
4) And the kicker, HRH Lord of friggin Windsor International court of Justice Ricky Nathaniel. Who is he?

In which he also did the same thing, recognizing an exiled descended king of Sulu as the SULTAN OF MAPHILINDO eh I mean SULU AND NORTH BORNEO.
Note: We're all informed about how Sulu royals are, many families trying to claim the throne and each king (like more than 10 lineages) claiming that they're the real king of Sulu and Sabah. Yeah just like that Jamilul Kiram who tried to invade us. They'd do anything to be recognized. The king himself Rajah Mohammad Ghamar Mamay Hasan Abdurajak even had a Youtube video during the Kg Tanduo invasion of him addressing his 'royal subjects'.
